Thank you Denise @DMouseis1 and Brian Flock for sharing.
If you have any navigators you would be willing to share, please send me an email. If you would rather upload the files you can use our upload form.
On this sailing a Fantasy Come True was really Marcus Monroe after a tiny dance number by the characters and a greeting from Peter Hoffer the CD. Marcus Monroe was hysterical, in my humble opinion one of the Best of the variety acts bar one (Edge Effect) We had this similar itinerary booked again for 2020 but they took away Aruba and Barbados & the entertainment for us was a bit lacking, the same menu’s since we have been sailing DCL so we cancelled the B2B next year. We are going to wait until the new ship (s) (and hopefully new itinerary’s ) before embarking with DCL again, my mouse is losing a bit of the magic for me. Wishes going dark and Frozen on the Fantasy stage is not fresh enough to Command the monies we spend time & time again.
Looks like you guys had a great time! We were supposed to be sailing on this cruise but at the last minute we had to cancel! Thanks for uploading the personal navigators!!

do gold and platinum members get a special reception on 8 night or longer cruises? we are leaving oct. 19th on the fantasy for a 8 nighter.
Brian S- I was on the 11 night on the Fantasy so I believe it may be similar. They sent a very nice invitation to the stateroom and invited us to the Walt Disney Theater at 1100hrs on our first sea day (all Gold & Platinum) where they handed out champagne flutes (sparkling cider for the kiddos) and we went into the theater where they gave us a little behind the scenes peek into Aladdin. Then they introduced the behind the scenes people for the theater. The CD was there and thanked everyone for “purchasing deck 5” due to their frequent sailings and some other kind words. No information on the new ships was forth coming. When you left they handed out Mickey rice crispy treats to all. Our meet and greet was packed, I never saw so many Gold & Plats in one sailing, actually they said out of aprox 4,000 cruisers only about 500 were first time (stands to reason on an 11 night.) So yes, I do believe you should get the special reception as it says 8 nights or longer. The whole thing was under one hour. Most enjoyable, have fun!
thank you denise
Yes, on cruise longer than 7-nights, there is a Gold & Platinum Castaway Club reception.
