the lack of paper navigators is becoming a dealbreaker for me.
I cannot read the navigator on my phone.
At guest services (on the disney wish) when i asked if they had paper navigators for people with low vision they basically told me to go jump in a lake (or the ocean which was closer).
Disney Cruise Lines is user unfriendly in the extreme these days.

Don’t give up on DCL because of lack of paper Navigators. We were on the maiden voyage of the Wish, and Fantasy last October. Even though we could use our phone navigator on each cruise we asked Guest Services for the paper Navigator anyway. We got the same answer you did, but they were polite. So, we asked our stateroom people, and they came through with the paper version each day. Sometimes the stateroom people manage to go above and beyond to help guests. Needless to say, each time they were rewarded by us when it came time for gratuities.

I agree about the lack of a navigator and I was on the maiden voyage of the wish and felt very disrespected at guest services. They need to find a compromise solution. My mom is 87 and has a flip phone. I’ll pay for it. I just want it available.

I wish the paper navigators came back, like the pre covid navigators. I had to screenshot the whole app for menory. If Carnival and Royal could offer paper or pdff versions. Why not disney
