The Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party was originally scheduled on Day 4 (Mazatlan, Mexico), but was canceled mid-show because of a fire in the right Funnel Vision speaker caused by a short circuit. Guests were directed to the forward and aft stairwells while the fire was extinguished, and officers patrolled the open decks in the hours after the incident to keep it clear of guests. No one was hurt or injured. – Following the fire incident, the Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party was rescheduled to Day 6 (Sea Day 2). Only the fireworks were shown; the rest of the show was cut.
Day 5 – November 24, 2022 – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
