Not sure if you are aware of this or not, but at least on Fantasy, the only night the MDR’s have the same menu now is Pirate Night. No longer on the nights that aren’t standard rotational or Pirate Night are the menus the the same.. On the November 10th Fantasy western cruise, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday(with Pirate night on Wednesday) the MDR’s each rotated through what has been the menus commonly shared the last nights. For example, I was in EG on Tuesday and had what was known in the past as the Prince and Princess menu but friends who were in RC had what was known in the past as the Captain’s Gala menu. Those in AP had the Animation menu. The same applies for eastern cruises too. The November 3rd cruise had different menus rotating through the MDR’s on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday(with Pirate night being on Tuesday). So essentially, EG will be serving the Prince and Princess menu, RC the Captain’s Gala menu and AP the Animation menu. However when you have those menus will be based on when you rotate back through each particular MDR. Another example, no longer are you guaranteed to have the Captain’s Gala menu on semi formal night(Thursday) but instead you’ll have it whenever you rotate back through RC. The change was made in part due to AP now serving a complete menu on Animation Night with a full choice of appetizers and soup/salad rather than it being one choice for everyone as in the past and because of guests ordering off menu on Animation Night in order to have something being served to the other two MDR’s which wasn’t available to them on the abbreviated menu. Ordering on Animation Night is now exactly the same as any other night in the MDR.

This is pretty much the same thing the classic ships started doing recently, with the Tiana/Rapunzel menus making the shipwide menus more difficult. Seems like a big win all around, was never a fan of rolling the dice on which menu you got the shaft on at your second time in Animators on the Fantasy.
