Curious as to why there were some movies from the 80’s. No complaints here…I’d watch them myself!
Amy, During the long sailings like the Panama Canal and Transatlantic, DCL will add additional films. For the most part they are classics, but within the last year or so they started to add in some newer films.
Additionally there was the Prem-Ear of PotC Dead men tell no Tales on May 25, 2D in the Walt Disney Theatre and 3D in the Buena Vista Theatre.
For some reason this was not advertised in the Buena Vista movie-list, but of course DMTNT was run several times on Friday and Saturday.
Did the ship overnight on day 15 to 16 in Copenhagen? I’m wondering why there is a navigator and there are activities in the evening. Thx
(Fyi: day 10, may 22 was formal as in the navigator mentioned)
John, the itinerary included an overnight in Copenhagen.
Thx Scott.
Yes, the Magic stayed overnight in Copenhagen Sat 15 to Sun 16 with turnaround on Sunday.
One catch: She arrived on Saturday at the Langelinie cruise port, which is conveniently located to the city centre and walking distance from the little mermaid statue, but this berth does not have any facilities for de- or embarkation. Therefore the Ship was relocated between 4 and 7am on Sunday morning to the Oceankaj terminal, which was fully occupied with 3 ships on Saturday. DCL did not disclose this move in the cruise documentation, so many cruisers who had planned for very early debarkation to catch morning flights back to the US had to arrange for alternative plans that night.
Thanks, Scott!
Thanks for the information.
