On March 31, 2021, Ems-Dollart Media shared a video showing the two mid-hull segments and sections of the superstructure for the Disney Wish as they arrived at Meyer Werft’s shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.

Disney Wish was originally announced for a late 2021 delivery, but due to the pandemic the dates slipped to a spring 2022 delivery with the first sailing slated for Summer 2022. The new class of Disney Cruise vessel will be powered by clean-burning liquefied natural gas. In just under a month, Disney Cruise Line plans to hold an enchanting reveal of the Disney Wish during a virtual event.
The pieces are coming fast. Can’t wait to see them attached to each other. Hopefully, we will be able to get on for “Very Merrytime 2022”
