The Disney Wish construction continues to steam ahead at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. Earlier today, Meyer Weft updated one of their web cams to show the progress of the Disney Wish construction in Hall 6 after previously showing the FERU outside the facility during the month of December.
The Meyer Werft webcam is not a traditional live webcam, but rather an occasional snapshot of the build. So far, there have been 3 updates for the Disney Wish which can be viewed in the gallery below.
Disney Wish was originally announced for a late 2021 delivery, but due to the pandemic the dates slipped to a spring 2022 delivery with the first sailing slated for Summer 2022. The new class of Disney Cruise vessel will be powered by clean-burning liquefied natural gas.
