Disney Wish was originally announced for a late 2021 delivery, but due to the pandemic the dates slipped to a spring 2022 delivery with the first sailing slated for Summer 2022. The new class of Disney Cruise vessel will be powered by clean-burning liquefied natural gas.

Nothing has been announced. I can see the Disney Wish taking over the 3-/4-night -Bahamian from the Dream. The Dream moving over to 7-night Caribbean cruises with an opposite route of the Fantasy. Alternatively, the Disney Wish could join the fleet sailing the 7-night opposite the Fantasy. However, the Bahamian route is very popular and why not have the newest ship offering the most popular option for those splitting time between a land and sea vacation.

That would be a great way to get a lot of people to see the ship as well. Should find out fairly soon. Summer 2022 itineraries should be out any day unless I’m mistaken. Will be fun to see.

Thank you Scott. We took one of the first trips aboard the Dream. We would love to do the same with the Wish. After having our Dec cruise cancelled we all need to get sailing.
