This sailing was added to fill in the void after the cruise line was forced to cancel upcoming sailings over 7-nights which resulted in the cancellation of the June 18th 9-night Alaskan which was replaced with the June 28, 2021 7-Night Alaska sailing.

We did the 9-day Alaska last year and it was amazing. Bummer that it got cancelled this year. Seattle is not equivalent to Hubbard Glacier, but there are some pretty cool things to do there. If you are up for more marine life, checking out the salmon ladder and lochs is fun. The museum with Seattle’s history (Museum of History and Industry) is also really well done. And if you like Starbucks, you can visit the original, plus they have a Starbucks Reserve Roastery where you can actually watch them roast the beans while you are served their best coffee by actual waiters.

I’m hoping this is a good sign that the Alaska season will happen?!?! We are booked on the June 7th cruise (a re-book from last summer) and I’ve literally been looking forward to it for years at this point!

Seems like a loophole regarding the restrictions – not sure it will fly well with the CDC. Surely if you had a 9 day cruise the spirit of the restricted room wasn’t to book 2 cruises in a row.
