During Port Canaveral’s June 24, 2020 Board of Commissioners meeting, drone video was presented showing the progress of the external expansion project at Disney Cruise Line’s home, Cruise Terminal 8. Below is the segment of the meeting showing the flyover of CT8. Please visit Port Canaveral’s website to view the full meeting.

The footage pointed out a number of improvements specifically related to the passenger arrival area.

The port is targeting a November 1st date to reopen the terminal for cruising, obviously depending on the state of the cruise industry. Disney Cruise Line already has an agreement in place to use Cruise Terminal 10 while CT8 is offline.

This latest video offered a much better look at the progress than the video we shared last week where we simply drove past the cruise terminal.
