Disney Cruise Line Extends Offer To Those Who Modified or Cancelled Select Sailings Prior to the Latest Round of Cancellations on May 13th

Disney Cruise Line is contacting guests who modified or cancelled select sailings prior to Wednesday May 13, 2020 cancelations on a departure through July 28, 2020 due to concerns about COVID-19 with a future cruise credit offer and a notifying other who may have canceled about a refund of any cancellation fees.

For Select Disney Magic Sailings

For those who modified a reservation for a Disney Magic Sailing between July 3 – July 26, 2020, Disney Cruise Line would like to offer an additional future cruise credit* equal to 25% of the original voyage fare to use toward the modified reservation. Any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to their shipboard account as a non-refundable onboard credit. If circumstances have changed and you’d now like to cancel the modified reservation, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare paid. To take advantage of this offer, please contact Disney Cruise Line. Please be aware, Disney Cruise Line wants guests requesting a refund to know that any refunds will be processed their our normal course of business, but may be delayed due to the high volume.

For Other Select Sailings

For those who cancelled a reservation and were on a Disney Wonder sailing between July 1 – 28, a Disney Dream or Disney Fantasy sailing between June 19 – 28, or a Disney Magic sailing between July 3 – 26, Disney Cruise Line is automatically refunding any cancellation fees that may have been charged. This refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, but may be delayed due to the high volume.

*The Future Cruise Credit is equal to 25% of your original voyage fare and is only valid for sailings departing within 15 months of their original sailing. Your original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If you end up not being able to use the FCC, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of their original voyage fare. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC.
