Disney Magic Makes Inaugural Call to King’s Wharf, Bermuda

Today, October 6, 2018, the Disney Magic made her first call to King’s Wharf, Bermuda during the inaugural Bermuda cruise from New York, a 5-night sailing which departed Manhattan on the 4th.

Ed Tomaselli and Storybook Destinations are currently sailing on the Magic and has been tweeting out photos from the cruise including these below showing some of the merchandise DCL created for the Bermuda sailings and this morning’s arrival into King’s Wharf.

In honor of the maiden call, Captain Mickey, Captain Fabian Dib, and shipboard officials hosted local port and community leaders onboard the Magic for a traditional maritime plaque exchange ceremony.

Ed also emailed these photos of the Disney Magic in Bermuda as he went ashore to spend the day.

Today’s call is the first of many scheduled Bermuda cruises in 2018 and 2019. Each cruise will overnight in Bermuda and one sailing will spend 3 calendar days in port.
