*The Future Cruise Credit (FCC) is equal to 125% of your clients’ original voyage fare plus the cost of the Vacation Protection Plan, if applicable. The FCC is only valid for sailings departing on or before September 30, 2022. Select Disney Wish block-out dates apply. Your clients’ original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If your clients end up not being able to use the FCC, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of their original voyage fare plus the cost of the Vacation Protection Plan, if applicable. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC.

In light of this cancellation, Disney Cruise Line is offering Guests who have paid their reservation in full the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing prior to September 30, 2022, or a full refund. The credit will be automatically added to their account. Guests that have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.

The following cruises have officially been canceled:

Disney Dream

Disney Fantasy

The next bookable cruise for the Disney Dream is Friday June 4, 2021 3-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral, and Wednesday June 2, 2021 4-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral for the Disney Fantasy.

By The Numbers | Coronavirus Cancelled Cruises

Today, with this phase of cancellations of 14 cruises spanning 64 nights, Disney Cruise Line is sailing far past the 1 year mark for lost nights across the fleet. To date, Disney has been forced to cancel 340 sailings losing total 1750 nights across the fleet. The Disney Dream will lose 116 sailings losing 418-nights, Disney Fantasy 74 sailings losing 454-nights, Disney Magic 75 sailings losing 420-nights, and the Disney Wonder 75 sailings losing 458-nights due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

DCL COVID 19 By Number Canceled Sailings 20210224 DD DF

Please note, the Disney Magic and Disney Dream stats have been adjusted to show just lost revenue of passenger sailings. The actual number of nights is higher due to previously scheduled dry dock periods and a repositioning cruise where there were no passenger sailings.

I set up sailings for each ship for those interested in keeping track of the fleet during the temporary shutdown. The sailings will be updated daily with “at sea” set as the default for each day until we learn otherwise.

Disney Cruise Line Extends Suspension of All Departures Through May 2021 and Disney Magic Sailings Through August 10

Our team at Disney Cruise Line remains focused on the health and well-being of our Guests and team members. We are carefully preparing for a return to service following the guidelines issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

As we continue to refine our protocols and await further technical guidance from the CDC, we are cancelling all sailings departing through May 2021.

Disney Magic European Season

Given the likelihood of international borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, we have also made the decision to cancel Disney Magic sailings through August 10, 2021.

Canada Departures

In light of the Canadian government’s announcement that they will not allow ships with more than 100 passengers to dock in any Canadian port until February 28, 2022, we are evaluating various options for the Disney Wonder’s scheduled season in Alaska. Once a decision is made, we will reach out to Guests booked on these sailings.

Additionally, as previously shared, based on the conditional sail order provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Disney Cruise Line must cancel sailings longer than 7 nights.

Guests booked on affected sailings, who have paid their reservation in full, will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund. Guests, who have not paid their reservations in full, will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. Affected Guests and travel agents will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.

Guests who’ve booked their reservation through a travel agent should contact them directly with any questions. Those who have booked directly with Disney Cruise Line, and have questions after receiving their email, should call (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797.
