Disney Wish Crew Members went ashore while docked in Port Canaveral on Friday to volunteer at The Children’s Hunger Project in Brevard County to help ensure Brevard County students receive the food they need over the winter break.

Thomas Mazloum, president of Disney Signature Experiences joined VoluntEARS from the Disney Wish to assemble 900 pre-packaged meals which will be delivered to students this holiday season.

The holiday season can be a challenging time for children who rely on receiving their meals from school and Disney Cruise Line has supported The Children’s Hunger Project for many years as part of its commitment to invest in programs that support local youth and create lasting, positive impact in its port communities.
