The Maiden Voyage of the Disney Wish in finally on the horizon as guests are now able to pre-book onboard activities and port adventures so let’s take a look at the adult dining offerings at Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement. The restaurants are offering similar experiences as found on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy with brunch, a dessert experience, and dinner.
May as well start out with the fine print which is the same for each of the offerings… The adult dining area on the Disney Wish is located on Deck 12, aft and will be exclusive to guests 18 years of age or older. Each Guest may pre-reserve at each of the adult-exclusive restaurants once per cruise, or twice if one reservation falls on the first night of their cruise. Please check once on board for additional dining reservations. All prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior to the cruise departure date. After that time, cancellations must be done aboard the ship and are subject to cancellation fees. To cancel a reservation while on board the ship, please provide 24-hours notice. Guests who do not honor their reservation will incur 100% of the per person prix-fixe cost, which will be applied to their folio.

Palo Steakhouse
When the Disney Wish sets sail, guest will have the opportunity to enjoy brunch and dinner in a new variant of Palo which is taking a pivot from the other ships adding ‘Steakhouse’ to the name. Palo Steakhouse is an evolution of the Palo restaurant combining the relaxed sophistication of authentic Italian dining with the classic refinement of a modern steakhouse in a genteel setting inspired by Cogsworth, the tale’s majordomo-turned- enchanted-clock.
An elegant, welcoming environment with spectacular ocean views off the back of the ship, the venue has been designed with a warm, luxurious palette of rich woods and shining metals, along with artwork and details that evoke ornate clocks, pendulums and gears. A private dining room will be available for more intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests.
At Palo Steakhouse, guests will choose from a selection of exquisite Italian dishes and the world’s best steaks, from the most elite American prime cuts to melt-in-your-mouth Australian wagyu to succulent Japanese Kobe and Miyazaki beefs. The show-stopping menu will be paired with the finest Italian wines and bold craft beers – and for dessert, a fan-favorite indulgence: signature Palo chocolate souffle, prepared fresh-to-order and served piping hot with luscious vanilla bean and chocolate sauces.
Palo Steakhouse Brunch
The brunch experience at Palo Steakhouse will cost each guest $45, and will feature a medley of Italian dishes with a modern twist. Choose from a selection of classic breakfast items, including eggs Benedict, savory frittatas, and gourmet pancakes and waffles. For the lunch side of brunch, classics such as chicken parmigiana and lasagna will be available. For an additional charge, Palo also offers cocktails and wine.

- Men: Dress pants/slacks and collared shirt is recommended. Jeans may also be worn if in good condition (no holes).
- Women: Dress, pants or skirt/blouse is recommended. Jeans may also be worn if in good condition (no holes).
Guests are asked to do not wear tank tops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, shorts, hats, cut-offs, torn clothing, T-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics, flip-flops or tennis shoes.
Palo Steakhouse Dinner
The dinner experience at Palo Steakhouse will cost each guest $45 (or a la carte).
The adult-exclusive dinner will offer a variety of premium steaks and Italian dishes. Rich woods, sparkling metals and thematic artwork evoke ornate clocks, pendulums and gears, while spectacular ocean views off the back of the ship provide a romantic backdrop.
Palo Steakhouse will feature premium steaks and fine Italian delicacies off the a la carte menu, starting with a tasty appetizer such as artfully prepared antipasti, soft potato gnocchi or fritto di calamari. The menu will feature fresh pasta, seafood along with a select of steaks and chops. Guests will also have an option to try a prix-fixe menu, which includes an appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert.
Esperienza del Vino, a wine pairing will be available to enhance your dining experience for an additional fee of $59 charge per person. Please note, this is in addition to either the $45 prix-fixe menu charge or the a la carte items ordered. The wine pairing will feature a selection of 5 Palo Steakhouse dishes—including dessert—matched with the perfect Italian wines.

Enchanté will offer the most luxurious dining experience on board, featuring a gourmet menu crafted by three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement — of L’Assiette Champenoise, near Reims, France — one of the culinary masterminds behind the French-inspired fine dining experience at Remy aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.
This romantic and intimate venue will evoke the dazzling candlelight and lavish hospitality of the film’s candelabra maitre d’, Lumiere, with shimmering light fixtures and illuminations that will give life to the two intimate dining areas and private 10-seat dining room. With an elegant infusion of soft blues and metallic embellishments, the enchanting atmosphere will be completed by stunning ocean views.
The menu will feature superior products and seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world to create an exceptional ensemble of international dishes, masterfully developed with the passion, philosophy and expertise of Chef Lallement. From the moment they enter the glittering champagne room, guests will be swept up in a sumptuous journey marked by consummate cuisine, superlative wines and first-class service.
Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement Brunch
The brunch experience at Enchanté will cost each guests $75. Brunch at Enchanté will be a one-of-a-kind brunch experience in the most luxurious venue on the Disney Wish. Guests will be able to indulge in delectable French cuisine as you take in beautiful ocean views.

The dessert experience at Enchanté will cost each guests $60. Guests will experience a 5-course dessert menu, coffee and an in-depth discussion with the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef of Enchanté. As each dessert is presented, they’ll explain the history and evolution of the dessert.

For an additional charge, Enchanté offers a stellar wine list in addition to a wine pairing option.
Enchanté dinner dress code is as follows:
- Men: A jacket (such as a sports, suit or tuxedo jacket) is required, with dress pants/slacks and shoes. Ties are optional. Please no jeans, shorts, sandals, flip-flops or tennis shoes.

Disney Wish Maiden Voyage Adult Dining Scheduled Offerings
Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté offer dinner each night of the cruise. However brunch and the dessert experience are not offered each day. Below is a look at when the various experiences are offered on the Disney Wish’s Maiden Voyage and may be representative of the schedule for the 3- and 4-night sailings by looking at the offerings of the days at sea, Castaway Cay and Nassau.
