Yesterday, Disney Cruise Line emailed guests booked on the Disney Fantasy’s February 5, 2022 Star Wars Day at Sea sailing with an itinerary change switching from an Eastern to a Western. The email states that over the past few weeks, Disney Cruise Line has been in regular communication with the ports of call planned for the voyage. Given continued uncertainty regarding requirements and protocols for visiting some of these destinations, Disney Cruise Line made the decision to modify the itinerary.
The Disney Fantasy’s revised itinerary, a 7-Night Western Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral still includes Castaway Cay with new port days in Nassau, Cozumel and Costa Maya. The ports replace the originally scheduled stops in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and St. Thomas, USVI. Guests may view Cruise Activities and Port Adventures for Nassau, Cozumel or Costa Maya once onboard via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
The revised itinerary is as follows:
- Saturday February 5, 2022 – Port Canaveral, Florida
- Sunday February 6, 2022 – Castaway Cay
- Monday February 7, 2022 – Nassau, Bahamas
- Tuesday February 8, 2022 – At Sea
- Wednesday February 9, 2022 – Costa Maya, Mexico
- Thursday February 10, 2022 – Cozumel, Mexico
- Friday February 11, 2022 – At Sea
Saturday February 12, 2022 – Port Canaveral, Florida (Debarkation)
The email states, guests booked on this sailing may modify their sail date or cancel their sailing without any Disney-imposed cancellation fees, if applicable, by contacting our reservations team at 1-866-325-6685 or 407-566-7797 by 7:00 p.m. E.T. on Friday, February 4. Please note that change fees and cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, as well as travel insurance, are not refundable. Disney-issued refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
