Remy, one of the two adult-exclusive restaurants onboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy features subtle nods to the Disney•Pixar film “Ratatouille” and its star, Remy. The menu in this French-inspired restaurant is co-curated by 3-star Michelin Chef Arnaud Lallement of L’Assiette Champenoise and Chef Scott Hunnel of Victoria & Albert’s at Walt Disney World.
A unique ranking of chefs made exclusively by chefs, the Top 100 Chef for 2020 was unveiled on November 24, 2019 as part of the Chefs World Summit 2019 in Monaco. Initiated by Le Chef magazine in 2015, this world ranking and true “barometer” of gastronomy results from a single question of two and three-star Michelin chefs: who are the 5 international chefs who best represent the values of the profession, creating exceptional cooking and exceptional cuisine featured in their restaurants.
When the votes were tallied, Chef Arnaud Lallement was named as one of the top 10 best chefs in the world.
Chef Arnaud collaborates with Chef Scott Hunnel, from the award-winning Victoria & Albert’s at Walt Disney World Resort, to create a menu at Remy that features superior products and seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world.
One of the wonderful aspects of Remy is the menu receives seasonal changes with Chef Arnaud and Chef Scott sailing on the ships to oversee and introduce new menu items. Remy dinner is a favorite of ours, if you are interested in hearing more please check out or previous Remy Dinner Reviews listed on the Remy Dinner menu page.
Congratulations Chef Arnaud!
