Earlier this month, a refreshed Palo menu rolled out. The changes to the Palo dinner menu are subtle. A few items received simple name and description changes while a few of the dishes have been altered, but not replaced. Esperienza del Vino, the wine pairing menu was unchanged. Michelle Tanberg shared the following Palo dinner menu from the Disney Dream’s August 16th sailings.

We were just on the 11 Day Southern Caribbean cruise a couple weeks ago, and didn’t realize they had changed the menu. Everything was totally delicious as usual!
We were on the 11 Day too Had the Sole filleted table side excellent. The Lamb divine and Osso Buco the same.
The dover sole is a lovely dish.
Did they remove the mushroom risotto?
We ate dinner at Palo 3 times on our early August cruise. The scallops were unbelievably good, as was the gnocchi. I was most impressed with the lamb ragu; it was so good that I was tempted to order it multiple times in one sitting. Of course, the Palo brunch were good too. We tried Remy and their new menu and left unimpressed and disappointed.
