We went on the Disney Fsntasy Christmas and are Disappointed of the results of not having any light in the Toilet for 3 Dsys my Husband being a disabled veteran and we are Seniors, sharing our Room with a 15 year old and our Daughter, and they just changed the light bulbs that did not fix the problem, my Husband who worked in Electronics told them it was the Switch ignored him., I went to customer service and got nothing, after Paying 11,800 all they could do is refund us 15% of our pmt. We are Disapointed in the servive and Refund. This was our 4th trip
On Disney and it will be our last, we were looking forward to many more Crusies but this was our last very Disappointed at Disney, a Company of this size coulddo better. Also we are 2 families in a cabin but we only get one reward from the
Castaway club a pack pack which I gave to my Daughter. Since she got nothing
We had thoughts of joining Disney Vacation club but after this I don’t think it is in the Cards.
    Sincerely

Something glitching with this podcast episode on iOS 12’s podcast app, I can download it but it won’t play correctly. Perhaps something in the feed or in the episode encoding is incompatible with iOS app?

      John,
It should be fixed now. It worked in my iOS podcast app. However, at the same time it would not work in iTunes on my computer. I made a minor change to the title that forced a feed update this morning which appears to have resolved the issue.
