Disney Cruise Line recently added a selection of port adventures for guests to choose when sailing to Portland, England aboard the Disney Magic in 2017. The Disney Magic is scheduled to visit Portland twice in 2017 on May 23 during the 15-Night Eastbound Transatlantic from Port Canaveral and the recently altered 12-Night British Isles voyage on July 11th.

No, only passengers are permitted on the ship. There are special circumstances where tours are granted, but this is not a normal occurrence.
