Response I received back from DCL when I brought the problem to their attention. It sounds to me like he is laying the blame on us users instead of DCL.
I decided to check the website on all the browsers I had available… I tested the website on the following Safari on multiple iOS devices and Mac OS X. Window versions of Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. NONE of the browsers worked. The sweepstakes entry form stopped working when the original which is still listed in the official rules was changed moving the site from the partners sub domain to the parks sub domain.
UPDATE #2: The sweepstakes website issues were resolved shortly before the lunch hour on July 22, 2015.
