Spice Island Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 350ºF
INGREDIENTS
SPICE ISLAND CHICKEN WINGS
- 12 Chicken Wings
- 2 t Paprika
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 T Olive Oil
BBQ SAUCE
- 2 c Barbecue Sauce
- 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SPICE ISLAND CHICKEN WINGS
- Mix all dried ingredients in a small bowl together and salt to taste.
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- Place the wings into the spices allowing to be evenly coated.
- On a flat oven tray place the chicken wings and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Place into a hot oven (350°F) and roast for about 15 minutes until cooked.
You can deep fry for a few minutes to make extra crispy.
FOR THE BBQ SAUCE
- Heat the BBQ sauce with the chili flakes and coat the wings with the sauce. Add a little water if too thick.
