Spice Island Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 350ºF
INGREDIENTS

SPICE ISLAND CHICKEN WINGS

  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • 2 t Paprika
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 T Olive Oil

BBQ SAUCE

  • 2 c Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE SPICE ISLAND CHICKEN WINGS

  1. Mix all dried ingredients in a small bowl together and salt to taste.  
  2. Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  3. Place the wings into the spices allowing to be evenly coated.  
  4. On a flat oven tray place the chicken wings and drizzle with the olive oil.  
  5. Place into a hot oven (350°F) and roast for about 15 minutes until cooked.

You can deep fry for a few minutes to make extra crispy.

FOR THE BBQ SAUCE

  1. Heat the BBQ sauce with the chili flakes and coat the wings with the sauce.  Add a little water if too thick.
