Welcome cocktail prepared table side at the start of Remy dinner.

INGREDIENTS

COCKTAIL

  • ½ oz Grey Goose Vx
  • ½ oz Grand Marnier
  • 4 oz Taittinger La Française Champagne
  • 3 Cassis Pearls
  • 2 Dried Pineapple
INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE COCKTAIL

  1. Carefully place a few Cassis Pearls into the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner
  3. Add 1/2 oz. Grey Goose VX
  4. Fill remainder of glass with 4 oz. Taittinger Brut Champagne
  5. Drop in a few pieces of dried pineapple
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
