This week Disney Auditions put out a casting call for actors interested in auditioning for the roles of Ms. Marvel, Groot, and Iron Man for the upcoming Marvel Day at at Sea cruises aboard the Disney Dream. The casting notice includes a monologue provided for candidates to use in their online video submissions for the role of Ms. Marvel.

Disney Cruise Line’s 2022/2023 Marvel Day at Sea on the Disney Dream

Submission auditions accepted now for the new season of Marvel Day at Sea aboard the Disney Dream. Look-Alike roles for staged events, immersive meet & greet, productions, and surprise happenings!  

Must be available approximately October 15, 2022 to December 19, 2022 – AND – January 2, 2023 to March 9, 2023. Performers will be hired as onboard Crew, and must complete all application, pre-employment and onboarding requirements.  Including criminal background check, and medical.  Contract will include rehearsal and performance rate, contract completion bonus, meals while onboard, travel and shared housing. Roles will be type-cast. 

Select candidates will be further investigated pending role consideration, including but not limited to height, look, martial arts or combat skills, and acro.  Some roles need strong acting ability. 

Seeking Actors for following roles:

• Iron Man: 6’ to 6’4”, trim build. Face is not seen. 
• Groot: 6’2″ to 6’4″, trim build. Face is not seen.
• Ms. Marvel: As seen in the series Ms. Marvel. 5’4” to 5’6”.
