Today, Disney shared a look at a rendering of the Grand Hall as it is transformed into an all new wedding venue available to select for a ceremony aboard the Disney Wish.
Inspired by a fairytale castle and the ship’s design motif of enchantment, the Grand Hall will feature a magnificent staircase, shimmering wishing star chandelier and elegant royal blue and gold color palette. Today, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons and Disney Cruise Line shared new images of how weddings aboard the Disney Wish will come to life.
You can learn more about engagements, weddings, and honeymoons aboard Disney Cruise Line by visiting Disney’s Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons.
Fun fact, we had a Disney Wedding at Walt Disney World, and honeymooned on a Disney Cruise.
I would surmise that there would still be other passengers aboard during your nuptials. So would they be observing at balconies? That could be a bit frantic if a couple of hundred fellow passengers are sharing your day, sure they would be excited for the couple but could they remain quiet enough as the ceremony is no doubt recorded. All in all, a fabulous venue for any bride on her special day…and the groom as well.
Hmmmm…. All I know is that if on a mere four night cruise the entire atrium lobby and perhaps other areas as well were closed for any amount of time for a personal event I would except a prorated refund on my own account for reduced amenities.
I agree with Larry 110%, even when it expands to 7 night this is unacceptable for a ‘public’ space
I love watching weddings on vacation. Those balcony spots look great for people watching-my number 1 favorite cruise activity!
I am guessing the wedding party would board early. If not, this would be a logistical nightmare.
I look forward to seeing a wedding on the Wish! Hoping if any happen that DCLB can get us the story -)
