Disney Cruise Line Extending an Olive Branch to Passengers Who Modified or Cancelled Select Sailings Before Sailings Were Cancelled

Disney Cruise Line will be contacting guests who modified or cancelled select sailings prior to cruise cancelations offering a future cruise credit or a refund of cancelation fees.

For guests booked on a cancelled sailing between March 14 and April 12, 2020 who changed their sail date or selected a placeholder between March 6 and March 13, 2020. Guests meeting this criteria are being offered an additional future cruise credit equal to 25% of the original voyage fare to use to use toward the reservation that was modified. Any amount of remaining future cruise credit will be applied as non-refundable onboard credit. Alternatively, those same guests may choose to cancel the modified reservation for a full refund of the original voyage fare that was paid.

For guests booked on a cancelled sailing from March 14 to April 12, 2020 who cancelled their cruise between January 30 and March 13, 2020, Disney Cruise Line is automatically refunding any cancellation fees that may have been charged. Disney is noting the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and may be delayed due to the high volume.

The Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equal to 25% of your original voyage fare is only valid for sailings departing within 15 months of your original sailing. The FCC is applied per person, for one voyage and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings.
