Disney Cruise Line announced they will be returning to the Eastern Caribbean, but with a slightly altered itinerary. Tortola, British Virgin Islands continues to recover from the effects of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. As a result, DCL will alter the ports of call for the Disney Fantasy Eastern Caribbean beginning with the December 30th sailing through March to include Philipsburg, St. Maarten, instead of Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
The revised itinerary is below:

According to Disney, pre-reserved Port Adventures in Tortola will automatically be removed from guests’ cruise activities. DCL encourages guests to explore Port Adventure opportunities in Philipsburg, St. Maarten, by visiting DCL’s My Cruise Activities section of the website once the reservation is paid in full and within the Castaway Club level booking window. Pre-reserved services booking windows open based on the following schedule:
- First Time Guests = 75 days prior to sail date
- Silver Castaway = 90 days prior to sail date
- Gold Castaway = 105 days prior to sail date
- Platinum Castaway and Concierge Guests = 120 days prior to sail date
If you are within the pre-reserved services booking window, visit the My Cruise Activities section of disneycruise.com on or after Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. Modifications to their pre-arranged Cruise Activities and Port Adventures can be made online up to three days prior to their sailing.

As it stands, the next scheduled Disney Cruise to Tortola will be the April 7, 2017 departure of the Disney Fantasy.
ST. Maarten was our favorite stop. We spent our 25th Anniversary walking around and shopping there. It looked so devastated after the storm I was worried how long it would take to get their lives back in order. Glad to see they are open for business.
