Today, May 23, 2017, the Disney Magic made her inaugural call to Portland, England as part of this year’s 15-Night Eastbound Transatlantic cruise which left Port Canaveral on May 13th. Portland, England is a short distance from Stonehenge allowing passengers to visit one of the prehistoric ring of standing stones monument and the surrounding countryside.

In honor of the maiden call, Captain Marco Nogara and shipboard officials will host local port and community leaders onboard the Magic for a traditional maritime plaque exchange ceremony.
The Disney Magic is scheduled to return to Portland in July during the 12-Night British Isles cruise and in 2018, during the 11-Night Westbound Transatlantic cruise, both embarking from the Port of Dover.
The Disney Magic will arrive in Copenhagen on May 28, 2017 to begin her summer sailing season in Europe which will begin with a Northern European and Norwegian Fjord itineraries. The Disney Magic will take a longer trip in June to the Fjords and Iceland before a British Isle cruise. In Late July, the Disney Magic will reposition to Barcelona where she will sail the Mediterranean in August through mid-September when the Magic will embark on the 11-Night Westbound Transatlantic cruise with a scheduled stop in Portland.
