The repositioning of the Disney Magic to Port Canaveral will mean that the Disney Cruise Line terminal will be much busier with ships in port 5 days a week through mid-May. This is something to keep in mind if you are driving to the port and plan to park your car. You may want to consider reserving a parking spot at the port.
The return of the Disney Magic is also expected to generate a sizable economic impact to the Central Florida region according to Anthony Connelly, Sr. Vice President Operations for Disney Cruise Line. Additionally, it will give guest more options to better fit vacation schedules with cruise embarking almost daily.
The Disney Magic’s next repositioning will embark from Port Canaveral on May 19, 2014 as she heads across the pond for the summer in the Mediterranean.
