The [Disney_Wonder] will make her inaugural visit to San Diego, California on Friday September 21, 2012.  Friday will be the first of of four visits to San Diego that the Wonder is scheduled to make as part of her Pixar-Inspired 7-Night California/Pacific Coast Cruises.  The Wonder is scheduled to arrive around 7:00 AM PST and dock at the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier.

To commemorate the Wonder’s first visit to San Diego, a ceremonial plaque exchange will take place between Captain Fabian Dib, San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, and Port Commisioner Bob Nelson onboard around 11:30 AM PST.

“We are pleased to welcome Captain Dib, the crew and the passengers of the Disney Wonder to the Port of San Diego,” said Lou Smith, Chairman of the Board of Port Commissioners. “We hope they enjoy the region’s many attractions and we appreciate the economic impact this visit brings.”

The Wonder will return to San Diego on September 28, October 5 and October 12, 2012.
