Nynashamn, Sweden Port Summary
This is a different port than Stockholm which DCL has used. This port is in Nynashamn with Port Adventures to Stockholm. On March 1, 2018, Nynashamn was shown with an asterisk in the PDF for the Magic's 8/1/2019 7-night Northern European cruise and around the time of the Summer 2020 sailings, the port call was changed to Stockholm.
This port provides access to Stockholm, with its world-famous cultural and historical sites. Take a short train ride to Stockholm, which presents visitors with breathtaking medieval and Renaissance-era architecture, a trove of fine and modern art museums, chic shopping districts, bountiful beaches and government buildings constructed with palatial majesty. Because there is so little heavy industry in Stockholm, it is one of the world's cleanest metropolitan areas. During the summer, Stockholm has 18 hours of sunlight, and during the winter, only 6 hours.
