Sundried Tomato Dip

INGREDIENTS
DIP
- 3 clvs Garlic, crushed
- 300 mL Mayonnaise
- 100 mL Olive Oil
- 100 mL Sour Cream
- 3 T Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 400 mL White Wine
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE DIP
A day before, combine the garlic, tomatoes and wine, allow to soak in fridge overnight. Place in a pan a bring to a boil and let cook until almost dry and cool-add the oil and place in a blender and blend to a paste add the mayonnaise and sour cream and blend until smooth, season to taste.The Sundried Tomato Dip has been offered on the Animator's Palate - Animation Magic menu.
