Muesli

INGREDIENTS

BREAKFAS

  • 1 lb Rolled Oats
  • 1 c Honey
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Heavy Cream
  • ½ c Dried Apricots, chopped
  • ½ c Raisin
  • ½ c Toasted Flaked Almonds
  • ½ c Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 c Dried Cranberries
  • ½ c Blueberries, (optional)
  • ½ c Strawberries, cut in half (optional)
  • 1 Banana, peeled, sliced (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE BREAKFAS

  1. Mix all the dried ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add the honey, milk and cream and mix together.
  3. If you wish the muesli to be more liquid, just add more heavy cream or milk.
  4. Finally add the fresh fruits.
