Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 356ºF
INGREDIENTS

BANANA BREAD

  • 27 lb Flour (All-Purpose)
  • 33 lb Banana
  • 20 lb Sugar
  • 8 lb Sugar
  • 16 oz Baking Soda
  • 8 oz Baking Powder
  • 2 oz Kosher Salt
  • 7 L Egg, liquid
  • 4 L Milk, optional
  • 5 L Vegetable Oil
  • 2 oz Cinnamon
  • 6 oz Vanilla Liquid
INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE BANANA BREAD

  1. Crush the bananas in the mixing bowl & then add the sugar.  
  2. Add oil & let blend then followed by the egg & milk. If the batter is too thick add more milk.  
  3. Next add the flour & let it blend with the banana mixture.  
  4. Pour the batter into the greased trays & bake.

NOTE: That the batter should not be over mixed or the bread becomes chewy.  All dry ingredients should be mixed with the flour.  Do not cut the bread unless properly cooled.
