- 3 oz Yellowfin Tuna Steak, frozen
- Lemon-infused Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE APPETIZER
- Slice thinly while frozen.
- Place around and cover the whole plate.
- Drizzle with lemon infused olive oil, salt and pepper.
