  • 3 oz Yellowfin Tuna Steak, frozen
  • Lemon-infused Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE APPETIZER

  1. Slice thinly while frozen.
  2. Place around and cover the whole plate.
  3. Drizzle with lemon infused olive oil, salt and pepper.
