Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
SAUCE
- 100 mL Soybean Oil
- 45 mL Vinegar
- 35 g Sugar
- 350 mL Red Raspberry Juice
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 100 mL Water
- 50 g Raspberries
- Walnuts, roughly 2% of the rest of the dressing mix
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SAUCE
- Combine all ingredients and blend it together until a smooth mixture.
- Serve chill with any salad condiments
