Reported Drowning Death at Castaway Cay

On Thursday, the Disney Wonder was spending the second day of a 4-night Bahamian cruise at Castaway Cay. A report from Tribune 242, a news outlet in Nassau, is reporting that police are investigating a drowning death at Castaway Cay of a 38 year old man from New York.

Adults sailing with Disney Cruise Line now have an easier way to identify healthier menu choices for children. As part of Disney’s commitment to make healthy living simpler and more fun for families, Mickey Check meals are now offered in rotational dining restaurants across the fleet.

To receive the Mickey Check, foods must be nutritious and meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines for calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar. 1st Annual CruiseLine.com Member’s Choice Awards Announced with Disney Cruise Line Earned 10 First-Place Awards

The first‐ever CruiseLine.com Members’ Choice Awards, based on over 8,100 cruise reviews submitted by its members in 2014, were announced today. Disney Cruise Line earned 10 first place awards and 12 overall. The big winner was Royal Caribbean with 20 awards, 6 of which were first-place. Celebrity Cruises completed the top three with 11 overall awards with 2 first place finishes.
