| My husband and I took our three children on this port adventure. We were quite disappointed as we felt it was not worth the price. The beach is extremely rocky so there is no wading out in the water because it's very hard to walk. The inflatables in the water were very far out in the ocean so my kids couldn't even swim that far, even with their life jackets. The man that was handing out the life jackets was rude. He fitted my son (65 lbs) with an XXS kids lifejacket that didn't zip and one of the buckles was broken. We swam out towards the inflatables and he was sinking. We had to turn around to get another jacket. I hung it up for him on the rack and explained he needs a different jacket and the man grabbed the same jacket and began putting it on my son. He argued with me stating it was a fine jacket. I gave up and we went to the pool. The buffet was NOT GOOD. The food was mediocre at best. There was nobody handing out sanitizing wipes. There was food smeared all over the sides/counter of the buffet. There were large bowls of chips and cookies and kids were just grabbing with their bare hands. When new food was brought out they wouldn't replace the spoons with new, clean spoons. The silverware was in a large dispenser so other people were touching your silverware. Very unsanitary. The only reason I'm rating this venue with a two is because our kids did enjoy the pool. That is where they spent a majority of their time. Also, when it was time to leave (we were told to be to our bus by 4:00), we did leave right on time. | ||
