For Guests sailing on the July 25, 2016, and August 8, 2016, 7-night cruises to Alaska, there has been a change in the required arrival time at the Canada Place Cruise Terminal in Vancouver. We [DCL] ask that all Guests plan to arrive by 3:00 p.m. at Canada Place Cruise Terminal to complete the check-in process in a timely manner prior to the ship’s departure at 4:00 p.m.
We [DCL] regularly advise Guests that they must arrive for their sailing by 4:00 p.m. on day of embarkation in order to sail. With the ship now departing at 4:00 p.m., we [DCL] want to make you aware of this change so that you can plan to arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. to complete the check-in process on the day of sailing.
Guests with independent airline arrangements should plan to arrive in Vancouver on or before 12:00 noon on the day of sailing to allow time for Canadian Customs and Immigration inspections.
