This stateroom is still stocked with the individual spa amenities Elemis brand products. They don't leave you the nice napkins anymore and you still have to ask for bar soap, received upon request. It is a 4A with a more subtle wood décor in addition to a fanciful rug & a different color representation in the split bathrooms. The shower was the normal one plus included a nice rain shower which was wonderful. Connecting to a one bedroom is as usual problematic with lots of people next door; loud music & voices heard quite clearly due to this door. Stateroom hosts were wonderful, room was always amazing to return to albeit the toilet room did have a slight sewer smell which was very surprising. This sailing Andy, Tawanda & Michelle were the hosts, they were very lovely people and did their best to stay upbeat. This sailing came with some incredibly demanding guests, lots of them so much so that if you did need concierge assistance it was very hard, they were commandeered by guests every minute of every day. We took care of everything ourselves which we do anyway and the two things we did request (after being told by guest services to ask our concierge hosts) they could not help with at all. We booked due to the ability to spend some relaxing sea days in the sun deck hot tub above concierge lounge but impossible due to others allowing their children to utilize as a children's pool. (It is not deemed an adult hot tub so it was just poor luck on our part.) The hosts were lovely and kind human beings but their stress was palatable, we have sailed both concierge & non and personally feel while quite nice the amenities are to lacking to justify the inflated price. This is a nice treat but our next sailing will be in a 5E on deck 9. NOTE: We picked up our daily Navigators on this 11 night every day but the next to last evening one was delivered to our stateroom, along with the gratuity envelopes.

Our room was great! This was our fourth Disney cruise but our first as Concierge guests. Now we may never cruise anything but Concierge! The room is beautiful and spacious. The color scheme is gorgeous. The carpet is very intricate and detailed. The wood cabinets and finishings are beautiful as well! It has a rain water shower and regular bathroom design but the color scheme of our room. All beds, including bunk beds, slept amazing as always. Our balcony was the regular size, maybe a couple of feet larger but was still great. The closet space was great as well! When you combine the amazing amenities of a regular stateroom on a Disney cruise ship with the concierge touches, you get the perfect stateroom--our stateroom! It was perfect for a family of four. Our room was close to the lounge and amenities around the ship but we never had any noise issues. For anyone ever staying in a Concierge stateroom, always use the foward elevators. They are never crowded. I found myself nearly always being alone in the foward elevators. Also, if you ever stay in a Concierge stateroom you have to go on the private sundeck (especially on Dream)! Dream and Fantasy have sundecks but as of right now (and for now) Dream has the best sundeck. Most of it is covered and there are huge lounge chairs and a hot tub. There's also two towel stations, and one has pitchers of ice water and tea and sodas on top of it. I also found myself alone on the sundeck many times. The sundeck is accessible through the Concierge Lounge via a staircase and through two doors at the front of the sundeck that go out to the adult area. The lounge was also amazing. If you are even slightly considering concierge for your next Disney cruise, I highly recommend it!

We loved everything about this room. The room is a great size for a family of 4 - the pull out bed is full size and the bunk bed folds right out of the ceiling saving space during the day. The shower has a regular faucet, a regular showerhead, and a rain water shower.
The location is excellent - close to all the deck activities and the spa. Also, it is just a few steps from the entrance to the lounge but far enough away you don't hear people coming and going through the door. We loved the concierge lounge and staff. We especially enjoyed the lounge when the kids were in bed and we could take the monitor and just sit in the lounge relaxing instead of one of us being trapped in the room with our sleeping children.

If you are wondering if the concierge level is worth it our answer is Yes! We really enjoyed it and felt it was worth every penny.

Note: This was our fourth Disney cruise but our first on the concierge level
