I traveled with my family of 4. My boys were 5 and 7 at the time of our sailing and loved the bunk beds. While the veranda had an obstructed corner it did not hinder our view at all. We loved the proximity to the aft elevator and stairs. The midship elevators can have wait times and we never experienced that in the aft. We also loved the proximity to the cabanas just 2 floors above us. I was worried about the noise of the elevator lobby but I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t bother us at all. It was also convenient to the kids clubs as well. I would definitely pick this room again.

We had this stateroom on our very first Disney cruise in June 2013. We are a family of three, with myself, my wife, and our daughter (age 6 at the time of sailing).

The room was more spacious than you would think based off of the square footage that is noted. We found that the closets provided plenty of storage, as did the steamer trunk and the desk. We spent some time on the verandah, especially in the mornings, and found it to be great as well.

This room is located on the port side of the ship, rather close to the aft elevators, but I don't think we heard any noise from their use during the entire sailing. We would occasionally hear other stateroom doors closing, but the noise was not bad at all.

Being close to the aft elevators and stairs was great. We had to walk maybe 20 steps to get to the stairs, and could be up to deck 11 or down to deck 3 in a matter of minutes. We rarely, if ever, noticed any of the ship's movement while we were in our room.

Our room was very well maintained.

Our daughter slept on the pull-down bunk, and she absolutely loved it!

We loved this room so much that we booked the identical stateroom for our sailing on the Fantasy this summer.

We loved this location! The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because of the aft elevators right outside the stateroom - they let out into Cabanas on 11, which is crazy. The balcony has only the slightest of curved edges, which is why it's considered a navigator's verandah. The room does feel the engine a bit, especially when docking, but we didn't find that to be a real issue.

Since we had stayed in this room on the Dream last summer, we knew what we were getting on our recent 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise.

The only real difference between this room and our room on the Dream was the noticeable vibration while at sea. We noticed it the most as we sailed in deeper water and also when the Fantasy would sail at 12-14 knots or higher. The vibration did not negatively impact our overall experience, but it was substantial enough that we were very aware when it was not there.

We also connected with room 9150 next door, and once the divider was opened up, we had a really nice shared verandah.
