The views from this stateroom were awesome. It is located in the very back of the ship, and the ship backs into port. The staff was great and kept the room clean. The bathroom had a bit of a mildewed smell, but it wasn't terrible. This is our second cruise, the first of which we were located mid ship. This room swayed a bit more than the mid ship rooms but it wasn't intolerable, neither my husband or I lost any sleep. We are morning people, I wouldn't recommend this room if you plan on sleeping in, it does get very noisy when the ship is docking- since they back in. But if you are a morning person it was nice to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and have great views of the islands and watch the dock workers pull the ship to the port and tie her up. As far as the veranda goes, it was a bit larger than the standard veranda, but it was just "deeper" not necessarily wider. I would recommend this room, It was nice, clean, and provided great views of the port.

Overall, it was a good room. Only downsides where the vibrations when arriving into ports ( Especially Port Canaveral so early in the AM) and being far from the elevator. Biggest pro was the view off the Aft of the ship! will stay in this room again.

NOTE: This cabin ONLY handles 3 people. No pull down bed and the sofa turns into a single bed in addition to the queen bed. Overall we would not book this stateroom again. The aft elevators were never crowded and the location made going to Cabanas and returning to cabin a breeze. The noise was nothing more than heard in any stateroom elsewhere on the ship, there is a connecting door to 6186 and we heard their TV and screaming child more then once but it never lasted long (not a fan of connecting rooms) The cabin was in great shape and the closet space ample, the bed was elevated so all of the luggage went under there. The verandah was on the corner with whitewall at the bottom, it was about 3 feet wider and slightly deeper where it "rounded" but not huge like others noted, larger but not by much. Also there was a double railing keeping you back from the actual railing, personally did not enjoy this. Yes there was soot every day, not terrible but unsightly. The VIBRATIONS were challenging when the ship picked up speed and while docking, the thrusters I believe but not so terrible we needed to relocate, everything calmed quickly just reminded us we were on a ship. The hallway was really quiet as the foot traffic was minimal, would stay aft again just not in this particular room. The stateroom host Alston was FANTASTIC!
