This was a great room, while the life boats were right below us we could still see the ocean just fine. Even though having them there meant that we could not see strait down the side of the ship it actually made my wife feel more comfortable knowing that we were so close to the life boats should anything happen. The room was quite and located near the mid-ship stairs and elevators but not so close that you would hear any traffic. It made getting around the ship a breeze. We had the connecting stateroom 6082 which was great and made the rooms seem much bigger.
