We were assigned this one bedroom unit because my husband uses a mobility scooter. We found the location wonderful since it was only one deck below the breakfast buffet and pool deck. The room connects to the adjacent stateroom and we used the small "hallway" leading to the connecting room to park the scooter each night.

The room is very spacious. The veranda was very large and featured a table with two chairs and two lounge chairs, and there was still quite a bit of room to move around. The white wall of the veranda means you cannot sit on the veranda and look out into the ocean (you need to stand to see the water), but it is still nice to have a quiet place to get away and enjoy the weather.

The bathroom off the bedroom is large and is fully accessible with a roll in shower. We did not have issues with pooling water in either bathroom. The description says this room sleeps 5, but I believe it only sleeps 4 since there was no pull down bed (only the bed in bedroom and the sofabed).

Some benefits or highlights of this room:
Quiet location at end of hallway (very few people walk by).
Large room and even larger veranda.
Room for scooter or wheelchair to be parked while not in use.
Two full bathrooms are nice to have (there is no tub, but there are two showers).
It was nice to have a table and chairs in room for morning breakfast when using room service.
Not too far to the aft elevators which we found were not heavily used and we usually didn't have to wait too long for an elevator.
Can adjoin adjacent room.
The two sliding glass doors (one from family room and one from bedroom) let in a lot of natural light during the day to make the space feel very open (drapes fully block light if desired).

Some negatives that we noticed:
The veranda is not secluded: Folks from Cabanas can look down and watch you if you are out near the railing and you can hear them talking when out on veranda.
In the morning you can hear tables and chairs moving upstairs in Cabanas. We were not bothered, but it can be heard and might bother someone who is a light sleeper.
Housekeeping kept spare rollaway beds in the hallway outside the room. My husband maneuvered around them ok, but it was unsightly and could be bothersome to some using a scooter or wheelchair.
Housekeeping stored room service trays (with food) outside the room, which was quite gross and occurred daily (they started piling up around 10 in the morning and were not taken away until late at night sometimes).
We found the air conditioning worked best when we kept the bedroom door propped open.
The closet in the bedroom is oddly shaped and therefore difficult to use.

All in all, we enjoyed the room. We would definitely request this room again, which I think is important to note since I did have a number of negatives to the location. I think the one bedroom units are a good use of your money if you spend a lot of time in your room like we do. My husband spent the majority of the day in our room, so it was nice for him to feel like he was not in a small closed-in space.
