What’s It All About?

Reedy Creek Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 2117, has been proudly serving the Walt Disney World community since 1972. This benefit is all about coming together to support the Reedy Creek Fire Charity Hero Fund, a charity focused on helping those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving others. Whether it’s the department’s members, their families, or other first responder families experiencing financial hardship due to injury, illness, natural disaster, or the devastating loss of a loved one, Reedy Creek Fire Charity is there to lend a helping hand during their time of need.

We’re kicking things off with a silent auction featuring amazing gift baskets filled with travel-themed goodies, theme park (both WDW and Universal), and more! Join us in person, connect with fellow fans, meet me, the guy behind DisneyCruiseLineBlog.com, and enjoy great food and drinks available at Celebration Brewing Company. Not local? Bid on auction items virtually or donate directly to the Hero Fund! Our friends at Storybook Destinations, who plan our unforgettable group cruises, are joining us to make this event a true community celebration.

• What to Expect: Silent auction with awesome gift baskets (in-person and virtual bidding), a meet-and-greet with me, and a lively atmosphere with delicious food and drinks for purchase.
