National Geographic channel will debut Magic of the Disney Treasure, an all new special taking viewers behind the scenes into the adventurous worlds of Disney Cruise Line’s new ship, the Disney Treasure. From rehearsal to premiere, voyage with Moana in the film’s first Broadway-style adaptation. Experience the inspiration behind bringing the world of “Coco” to life. And get a glimpse into the realm of illusions creating grim grinning ghosts on the high seas.

National Geographic channel will premier Magic of the Disney Treasure at 10 PM ET / 9:00 Central on March 28, 2025. Then, the following day on March 29th subscribers will be able to stream the special on Disney+ and Hulu.

If you tune in early on Friday, the Making of the Disney Wish special will air as a lead in and will offer some more insight on the design and ship building process of the Wish Class which is not covered in the Magic of the Disney Treasure.

Tune in for a full evening of Disney programming that kicks off at 7:30 p.m. EST with “EPCOT Becoming: Inside the Transformation,” then as mentioned “Making the Wish: Disney’s Newest Cruise Ship.” The evening will conclude with a showing of “Magic of Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point” at 11 p.m. EST and a second chance to see “EPCOT Becoming: Inside the Transformation” and “Magic of the Disney Treasure” at 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. EST on March 29.
