Any word on expanded concierge lounge facilities?
Those rooms are the worst, because they’re all under the noisiest part of deck 11. I learned years ago to never book those rooms.
And yeah, they need a much better concierge lounge. After the Wish, you realize how not great they are on Dream/Fantasy.
We just stayed in these rooms on a 5 night cruise to conzumel. It was the worst experience and we have put in a formal complaint with Disney. The BEST parts of the trip is that gave us a “sleeping room” on Deck 9 for the last 2 nights and guest services removed a charge for snorkling on castaway cay after concierge offered to us for free in a failed attempt to make up for everything else that went wrong. Our first concierge experience was on the Wish and it was amazing. Which one was the outlier? I’m not paying again to find out.
And if the Dream has an expanded lounge, i’d hate to see what it was like before. There weren’t enough tables, or employeess for that matter. And the tables that were available were ususally dirty. I could write an essay on everything that was bad about concierge on the Dream.
