Disney Destiny’s Inaugural Sailings – A Look at Opening Day Prices

The Disney Destiny’s inaugural sailings were announced yesterday, and it is time to take a closer look at the opening day pricing now that all the pricing has been added to Disney Cruise Line’s website.

Please keep in mind, the pricing information is available for anyone to view, but there is the standard tiered booking for Castaway Club members starting September 6th with more popular sailings fares increasing or even selling out by the time general booking opens. You must be logged into Disney Cruise Line’s website and make sure your account is properly associated with your Castaway Club ID so that you will be able to take advantage of your Castaway Club level booking day.

Below, I’ve collected the opening day pricing, lowest price per stateroom category, based on double occupancy (2 adults) for all of the new Disney Cruise sailings to provide a general idea on where the cruises are priced. I realize this does not take into account onboard booking, or a more detailed quote for your sailing party.

The idea for this post was simply to get baseline pricing for each cruise and I felt 2 adults provided the baseline for double occupancy to help everyone plan for Gold, Silver, and first-time cruisers booking windows. The pricing is grouped by ship and itinerary for more of an apples to apple comparison.

One last note, the pricing below is representative of a snapshot in time on opening day. As cruises book, prices will increase and stateroom availability will dwindle. The pricing below includes taxes, fees & port expenses for 2 adults.

PLEASE NOTE: SIMILAR TO THE ITINERARY ANNOUNCEMENT POST, THE ACTUAL PORT ORDERS MAY DIFFER. THESE WILL BE CLEANED UP ONCE THEY CAN BE VERIFIED ON FRIDAY.

1- Because short cruises are the most profitable ones.
2- Disney’s contract with Port Everglades offers incentives to Disney based on the number of passengers that sail from there per year and shorter more frequent cruises equals more passengers and higher incentives- so again more $$$$.

I had just looked at the prices on the Disney website and right now they are listing the price for concierge on the Jan 12, 2026 Destiny cruise as $6998

shorter works better for me price wise. I was looking at the Treasure cause i want more days, lol but $6,000 is a lot of money even more then a year out. My hubby isn’t super into cruising like I am and hasn’t been on a DCL cruise like I have (Wonder 22, Magic 23, and Fantasy this November) but the Destiny has more Marvel themed areas (inner sanctum from Doctor Strange, Wakanda in the grand hall, etc) and he enjoys that franchise so I feel it could be a better fit for him, lol.

I’m shocked that the top concierge staterooms are not selling as fast for the maiden voyage as they have in the past for both the Wish and the Treasure. I know they are priced to the moon, but I figured they’d all be gone by now.

Would anyone who has access to the pricing (Pearl, Platinum or Gold)…be able to price out a specific itinerary for me? I know I can see the lowest pricing but my family wants a hard figure right now and I’m only Silver and won’t be able to view the full pricing till tomorrow.
