Disney Cruise Line announced early inaugural sailings for the Disney Destiny today. The Disney Destiny’s Maiden Voyage is official scheduled for November 20, 2025 on a special 4-Night Bahamian cruise with stops at both Lookout Cay and Castaway Cay.

The Disney Destiny will sail year-round from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida beginning in November 2025. The ship will embark on an inaugural season of 4- and 5-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean, including visits to one or both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations – Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay.

Bookings for the Disney Destiny’s inaugural season will open to the general public on September 12, 2024 with tired booking for Castaway Club Members. If you’re currently a Pearl, Platinum, Gold or Silver Castaway Club Member, an eligible Golden Oak Club Member, Disney Vacation Club Member or an Adventure Insider with Adventures by Disney, be among the first to book our new Disney Destiny inaugural cruises before they go on sale to the general public. The early tiered booking opportunities are as follows:

Castaway Club members can secure an inaugural season spot as early as September 6, 2024, and bookings go on sale to the general public on September 12, 2024:

• Friday, September 6, 2024 – Pearl Castaway Club Members
• Monday, September 9, 2024 – Platinum Castaway Club Members & Golden Oak Club Members and Club 33 Members
• Tuesday, September 10, 2024 – Gold Castaway Club Members
• Wednesday, September 11, 2024 – Silver Castaway Club Members, Disney Vacation Club Members and Adventure Insiders

There is a 5-night Disney Vacation Club “First Wave” sailing on November 28, 2025 to December 2nd which based on the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure launches could be reserved for Disney Vacation Club members. Booking for this voyage opens on Wednesday October 23, 2024.

All Castaway Club members should sign in to their account before booking begins to verify their Castaway Club status and their number of sailings. Due to anticipated high call volume, booking through a travel agent—or online at Disneycruise.com—is strongly recommended.

The following bears repeating, please do NOT try calling today to book; this will just clog up the phone lines and bog down the reservation cast members. There may be people attempting to book an available cruise vacation today.

Special Booking Policies for Maiden Voyage Only

Guests looking to book the first sailing aboard the Disney Destiny on November 20, 2025 should take note of the following. These unique Terms and Conditions for the maiden voyage ONLY and DO NOT apply to other inaugural season sailings.

• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid by 11:59 PM US Eastern Time on the day of booking. Final payment for suites and Concierge-level staterooms is due 120 days prior to setting sail; final payment for all other stateroom types is due 90 days prior to setting sail.
• Travel Insurance: If adding the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan, full payment for the plan must be made at the time of booking for all staterooms. This plan cannot be added post booking.
• Payments and Cancellation Fees: Final payment dates, cancellation fees and additional terms and conditions apply. Review the Booking Terms and Conditions for more information.
• Restrictions: The primary Guest must remain on the reservation, or the booking will be cancelled, subject to the applicable cancellation fees. Date changes are not permitted once a booking is made; Guests must cancel and rebook. Booking cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or future cruise credits.
• Allowances: Existing reservations can be moved to the Maiden Voyage.
