Disney Treasure Meyer Werft Construction Update: Bulbous Bow Enters Hall 6 – February 27, 2023

The Disney Treasure construction continues to build steam with blocks transported to the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany on a regular cadence. Today, the Meyer Weft webcam updated with a new look into Hall 6 where the recently delivered bulbous bow can now be seen.

The Meyer Werft webcam is not a traditional live webcam, but rather an occasional snapshot of the builds inside Hall 6.

I am not getting my hopes up for a continued updates on the Disney Treasure as this same webcam was taken offline shorty after the Disney Wish began to take shape and only returned after the float out. For now, we must settle with little glimpses here and there as we wait for Disney Cruise Line to reveal some more details about the next Triton Class ship to follow the Disney Wish out of the shipyard.

I would like to point out, in April 2021, the ceremonial keel laying for the Disney Wish occurred with the section of the hull containing the bow thrusters, the bulbous bow was not visible in any of those images or videos released from the ceremony. At this time it is unclear if this section was part of a ceremonial keel laying, or if the ceremony is imminent as the section with the bow thrusters was delivered in early February.
